Now Tesco operates in 12 countries outside of the UK – including the U.S.A. , the Republic of Ireland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Turkey and Poland in Europe; China, Japan, Malaysia, South Korea and Thailand in Asia. What are we looking for?
We are looking for graduates who want to pursue a career in Commercial or Marketing that eventually leads to a general management role.
What does our graduate program look like?
If you are the right hire, we are prepared to invest in you:
- An 8-week training in Shanghai Head Office;
- A 10-month placement in your functional area, in one of our Regional Offices, Shanghai, Beijing, Shenyang, or GuangZhou;
- After the successful sign off of the program, you will be offered a position in that Regional Office.
What is the interview procedure?
-The first written test will begin at the end of April;
-The first interview will begin in early May;
-The second interview will begin in late May or early June;
-The offer will be sent out in the middle of June.
