十月中旬左右宝洁网上申请未被淘汰者,将参加由公司中高层组成的招聘组进入重点高校进行“英才见面会”。
英才见面会的主要目的:
1、让应聘者快速了解宝洁公司,并产生向往之情。
2、介绍公司各个部门的情况和特点,让应聘者有一个重点了解,以便选择。
3、传达招聘信息,与学生互动答疑解难,宝洁新生现身说法。
第三关我们重点关注如何看待和选择宝洁公司的各个部门。
宝洁公司的部门包括:研发部/产品供应部/市场研究部/市场部/客户生意发展部/财务部/人力资源部/对外关系部/法律事务部/信息技术部。
先来看看各部门情况及要求,接下来就是如何选择部门,以及什么部门适合什么样的人来做。
1、产品研发部
产品研发部为宝洁公司最为重要的部门,部门情况及要求如下:
Technical research and innovation are the cornerstones of P&G's success. P&G is first and foremost a research and development Company and R&D is the lifeblood of the business.
Beijing Technical Center (BJTC) is responsible for consumer products R&D, especially in the fields of "household care" and "Oral Care","Beauty Care- Personal Cleansing". P&G's longer term vision for BJTC in the next ten years is that it will grow to become one of the Company's leading world class technical centers. BJTC has about 300 employees, as well as excellent research facilities and experts from many different countries. Requirements
Candidates should have a bachelor's, master's or Ph.D. degree in a technical field such as Chemistry, Chemical or Biochemical Engineering, Material Science, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field". You should also possess a keen sense of curiosity, the passion to learn and innovate, and the leadership and communication skills to ensure your ideas are turned into real products.

The Department CMK plays a key role in understanding the consumers and developing/evaluating marketing strategy., With the strategic thinking and a series of advanced market research techniques, we work as the internal business consultation, collecting and analyzing all kinds of information about consumers and the market in an accurate and timely way, including consumer behavior, consumption practice, purchase psychology, attitudes towards products, feedback to advertising, and the trend of different categories and brands in the market. Educational Requirements

Your Career
People may think working in Finance and Accounting Department simply means to be an accountant, which is NOT true in P&G. Working in P&G's Finance and Accounting Department will enable you to become an all-around finance manager and business decision maker. F&A has a role in EVERY AREA of P&G's business.
You can start as a Financial Analyst in any of the Finance and Accounting areas, and then rotate to other areas to ensure well rounded development and experience. Department Function
Financial Analysis --involves evaluating financial feasibility and return on investments; developing financial forecasts and profit improvement plans; and advising general management on the financial implications of business plans.
Product Supply Finance --provides financial management related to Production Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Engineering, Distribution Logistics, and Technical Services.

Corporate Accounting --manages the general accounting systems that maintain accurate, honest, and complete financial records for all of the company's business transactions; ensures books of accounts comply with international and local standards.
Internal Control --conducts financial risk assessments, reviews operations and control systems, and recommends control weaknesses and needed improvements to general management.
Academic Qualifications
We accept graduates and postgraduates from any discipline with initiative, as well as good analytical and thinking skills. Business, Economics, Finance and Accounting graduates are preferred. |
