第一关:知彼知己

首先,在申请宝洁前你要搞清楚以下几个问题:

1、关于诚实:确保你在宝洁正式招聘环节中所有表达并留在宝洁的信息完全准确无误,否则你对你进入宝洁公司将存在重大隐患(包括在招聘结束前、招聘结束后、毕业签合同时,进入宝洁一年内)。

2、关于时间: 确保你有极大的耐心,能够应对诸如长达3至9个月的应聘周期,毕业后每日10-13小时的工作时长,以及无数被占用的个人时间,否则切勿过度投入热情。

3、关于英语: 确保你的英语托业能考到750分以上,能够使用英语进行熟练对话与写作(而非一定是流利),否则请勿申请。

4、关于价值观: 确保你真实认可:Leadership全员领导(高远目标)/Ownership以司为家(又称作主人翁意识)/Integrity正大光明(又称作诚实正直)/Passion for Winning壮志凌云(又称作赢的激情)/Trust心诚口实(又称作相互信任)

第二关:网上申请

网上申请的长达十二页试题是根据已有宝洁优秀经理人特点归纳而成的个人信息加心理模型实测题。
网上申请题目的可供参考阅读材料为第一步里提到的必读资料《宝洁营销》书中有关于宝洁文化部分的详尽描述,结合应聘者个人特别情况选出适宜的选项,本部分申请采用5分制*,通常当大规模招聘时使用约3分标准*,少量招聘时选用4分标准*。

特别注意:
1、网上申请一旦写入信息,应聘者对其真实性负全部责任。即使被宝洁录取,甚至已进入宝洁工作,但在审核历史资料时发现有作假耍小聪明或不一致时(尤其是换电子邮件地址反复申请行为),将勒令清除宝洁,永不录用*。
2、注意网上申请的时间截止期,最好在截止前72小时内递交。
3、务必认真思考后结合实际回答,不夸大也不缩水,在文字书写时尽量用3条证据或例子说明,语言简洁清楚。
4、一年之内不得申请超过一次。
从公布招聘职位到网上申请结束时间长度约为2周,网上申请截止后1周内未被淘汰申请者将接到电话通知参加“英才见面会”。

第三关:约会宝洁(一)
十月中旬左右宝洁网上申请未被淘汰者,将参加由公司中高层组成的招聘组进入重点高校进行“英才见面会”。
英才见面会的主要目的:
1、让应聘者快速了解宝洁公司,并产生向往之情。
2、介绍公司各个部门的情况和特点,让应聘者有一个重点了解,以便选择。
3、传达招聘信息,与学生互动答疑解难,宝洁新生现身说法。

第三关我们重点关注如何看待和选择宝洁公司的各个部门。

宝洁公司的部门包括:研发部/产品供应部/市场研究部/市场部/客户生意发展部/财务部/人力资源部/对外关系部/法律事务部/信息技术部。
先来看看各部门情况及要求,接下来就是如何选择部门,以及什么部门适合什么样的人来做。

1、产品研发部
产品研发部为宝洁公司最为重要的部门,部门情况及要求如下:

宝洁招聘的部门最为热门的就是市场部和客户生意发展部,这两个部门不限制应聘者的所学专业,但这两个部门为宝洁公司内部竞争最为激烈的部门,如果你喜欢宝洁公司同时你稳步向上而不是在非常大工作压力下,非常大工作量下,快速升职或者被淘汰而退出宝洁公司的话,请谨慎选择,不妨选择产品供应部和人力资源部以及市场研究部等淘汰速度没有那么快的部门。

对于客户生意发展部来说,因为宝洁公司其一线城市等的重点客户生意工作已经非常优秀,所以新的增长点来自非大卖场一类重点客户,也即重点转向象夫妻店、士多店、小卖店这种传统渠道,需要销售员去说服这些客户,做这些客户的工作,所以不会如一些同学所想得那样风光,而是较为辛苦的。
对于市场部来说,对应聘者的“领导能力”要求非常高,应聘者必须有高的领导能力的经验,才有机会被录用,之所以如此要求原因在于市场部的工作紧张忙碌,除假期外全年每一天绝大部分时间都在工作,对于市场部经理来说三年时间要么升职要么走人非常残酷,欲报此部门同学应定要有此心理准备,否则一旦被录用,在激烈的竞争下很可能数月便离开了宝洁公司。

人力资源部近来成为另一个应聘热点,主要是该部门工作现在已被社会高度认可,同时社会紧缺这类人力资源高素质人才,人力资源部招聘人数相对较少,该部门的人员不是那种喜欢争光争彩、希望被人高度关注高度重视、成为焦点的性格类型,而是能够即走在人前也能退居人后做一些基础和服务工作。诚实正直以及公平服务意识为该部门最为理想的素质要求。

产品供应部为宝洁工作较为稳定的部门,同时象采购、流通分部的工作并不是在工厂工作而是和市场部等部门一样在公司办公楼工作。
