职位描述：

职位：国际客服 需求人数：2人
所属部门：客户关系部
岗位职责：
1、与客户沟通，为客户提供售前售后服务，维护与客户的良好关系
2、处理国外客户邮件信息；
3、反映公司各产品线销售状况，反馈分析各种客服问题
4、公司账号安全管理与维护

岗位要求：
1、学历：大学本科以上学历
2、专业英语四级及以上水平，优秀的语言表达能力；
3、熟悉计算机使用，熟练掌握office办公软件的操作
4、优秀的客户服务及人际沟通能力，及较好的问题处理能力
5、责任心强，严谨、细心、善于发现问题，并能及时作出判断
6、有电子商务行业客户服务相关工作经验优先；
