AirFrance is looking for a self-motivated person for the following position:Sales& Service Centre Customer Care Intern (Guangzhou)
AirFrance was founded in 1933 and merged with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines in 2004 toform the Air France KLM Group.In the region, we operate flights from the following cities: Guangzhou, Chengdu,Hangzhou,HongKong, Beijing, Shanghai, Taipei, Wuhan and Xiamen to Amsterdam and Paris.
We are looking for a CustomerCare Intern for the Air France Sales & Service Center in Guangzhou.


Job Description

·     Provide best in class service byhandling customer’s requests (by phone, email, social media or any otherchannel) in compliance with AF KLM quality standards, with special care topremium customers
·     Propose and sell Air France KLM productsand services in line with customer’s and partner’s needs, promote the FlyingBlue programme and provide web support and after-sales assistance
·     Deal with customers’ claims and requestsfollowing company’s policy and guidelines and creatingwin-win outcomes for both company and customer
·     Voice customer’s feedback by passing oninformation received from customers to concerned AF KLM departments


Requirements/Qualifications
·     University grade3 or grade 4 students
·     Computer literacy
·     Very good interpersonal andcommunication skills
·     Ability to work independently and underpressure
·     Working experience in an airline orshared contact centre is preferable
·     Fluent in English and Mandarin. Frenchor Cantonese is a plus.
·     Energy, Flexibility, Team Work &Customer Focus


Working time:
Start to work as soon as possible, minimum3 working days per week ( during Monday-Friday), from 09h00 to 18h00.


Careerdevelopment opportunities:
Intern who has excellentperformance during the intern period is possible to be transferred to a fulltime Air France staff.
