Events and Marketing Assistant
Job description
Responsible for supporting events management:
· Update the European Chamber’s website for planned events in Guangzhou,
· Sending invitations and registrations to events and activities;
· Events Attendance - Responsible for the registration desk of the events in PRD,
· Events accounting - Responsible for the accounting of the events.
Qualifications
· Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
· Background in business, marketing and economics or administration preferred
· Fourth year students preferred
· Research experience
· Organizational, communication, and social skills
· Computer literacy, including Outlook, Word, Excel
· Flexible and proactive attitude
The internship will run for 6 months. Recent graduates or students with a 6 month working semester are strongly encouraged to apply.
Please note that the intern shall work five days a week in the China Shine Plaza office in Guangzhou.
Upon successful completion of the internship, a letter of recommendation from the Chamber will be provided as a reference.
