Position:   Researcher/Consultant Assistant (can start from trainee)

Location:  Guangzhou

Responsibilities:
n   Contribute to a minimum of 3 successful placements in any given quarterly period
n   Represent the brand Kelly Services with the utmost integrity and professionalism
n   Source candidates for active assignments using cold call techniques against a pre-defined target list provided by a Consultant
n   Work with speed and accuracy – in turn acquiring full candidate resume information to enable the
n   Consultant teams to effectively screen against a given assignment profile
n   Maintain accurate system recording and reporting of data
n   Support assignments with supervision from a Consultant/ Senior Consultant or Managing Consultant

Qualification:

n   Bachelor degree or above.
n   Good command of English.
n   Responsible, pro-active, good communication skills.
n   Can work under high pressure.
