Job Description:
1. Processing of order acquired by the sales reps
2. Maintain customer information in systems and database
3. Sales work outside required by sales manager
4. Prepare sales reports and analysis for sales manager
5. Assist Sales Leader in international trading, export & import’s communication
6. Arrange delivery and transportation (track/train/ship)
7. Support in customer documentation handling
8. Provide administration assistance to sales manager
9. Other tasks assigned.

Position Requirements
1. Postgraduate or undergraduate student majoring in HVAC and other related majors
2. Excellent command of English and Cantonese
3. Good communication skills
4. Good computer skills in MS Office software
5. Able to work independently and initiatively
6. SAP experience preferred

工作虽为销售，但公司希望实习生最好有暖通专业背景，而且能听懂粤语，这样上手较快。
另外，工作涉及外勤，可以实际接触销售工作，而非只是坐在办公室里整理文件，若表现好毕业后会留用，机会难得~
因为本实习对销售方面多项内容皆有涉及，对工作连贯性有一定的要求，所以要至少保证一周三天能到岗~
老板再三强调因为涉及工作较多，招的Intern一定要细心耐心~
