企业融资部经理
职位职责- To maintain relationship with existing customers, identify new customers and build good relationship with them
      - To cross-sell banking products & services
      - To develop trade finance business from client companies
      - To submit loan proposal and application to Head Office for approval
      职位要求- University degree or higher in related field
      - Minimum 5 years of working experience in banking industry with at least 3 years in credit
      - Competency in English written presentation and PC literate
      - Willing to work under pressure
      - Self-motivated, responsible, proactive, outgoing and process good analytical mind

行政管理主任
职位职责- To deliver professional services to the tenants
      - To manage the office building and surrounding is in good conditions and in compliance with local regulations
      - To maintain good business relationships with tenants and regulators
      - To supervise all outsourced personnel e.g. technicians, maids, security guards etc
      职位要求- Bachelor degree in related field
      - At least 3-year experience in related area
      - Pleasant personality with service minded
      - Good negotiation and English skill
      - Having basic knowledge of civil work would be an asset
      - General accounting knowledge is preferred
